Returns:

Returns will be accepted only if there is a damage in the product along with the opening video of the order. Complete 360 degree parcel opening video is mandatory for addressing any issues post shipment. Issue should be clearly visible in the video. Tampered or edited video will not be accepted. The issue should be notified to us by Instagram DM or hello bsbbstore@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Refund / Exchange:

We do not provide refund/exchange for the damaged product, instead an alternate product of similar value (shipping is non refundable) which can be redeemed on your future purchase. Opening video is mandatory to process refund or exchange.
